Created by double copper pot distillation of Dorset Nectar organic Dabinett cider, it has all the character of these fabulous apples, transformed into a 40%abv spirit, 50cl. The Spirit of Dorset is perfect as an after dinner digestif, or in a hip flask on a cold Autumn or Winter walk!
