Production method: Unlike ‘London Dry,’ we employ a ‘blended’ method of production, more akin to a Scotch or whiskey. This approach allows us to capture the unique character of each botanical, distilling them separately to reveal their hidden depths. Distiller Martin then expertly blends these distillates, adding pure New Forest Spring Water to achieve the ideal alcohol volume and flavour balance. This meticulous process ensures optimal quality, incomparable aromas, and remarkable complexity on the palate.
